- Scoping works in collaboration with clients and independently.
- Preparing estimates for reactive, planned follow-on works, variations, and final accounts.
- Ensuring adherence to all client and in-house health and safety requirements as part of the estimating process.
- Conducting site visits and providing progress updates, including expected completion dates.
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Experience in estimating or a strong working knowledge of building maintenance, particularly within the leisure industry.
- A background in construction or building trades.
- Proven management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000pa DOE.
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
- 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
