Our client, a fast-growing business providing professional website design and ongoing maintenance services to sole traders and SMEs across the UK, is looking for personable, ambitious, and passionate Digital Sales Specialists to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about quality website design and technology.
Salary: £27,000 + commission (OTE £43,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm + 1 Saturday per month, 9am-1pm

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking 2 x Digital Sales Specialists to connect with small business owners across the UK. The primary responsibility will be selling premium business websites by engaging clients who have shown interest in their website services. Communication will take place via phone, video calls, and screen-sharing tools to tailor solutions that best meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Client Needs: Understand each prospect’s business and specific website needs to deliver a tailored approach.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust and rapport to create valuable, long-term client connections.
- Showcase the Design Team’s Expertise: Highlight the enthusiasm, skills, and creativity of our designers.
- Demonstrate Website Quality & Value: Clearly convey the superior quality and tangible benefits of our offerings.
- Tailor Solutions to Meet Client Goals: Align services, products, and processes with client expectations.
- Confidently Close Deals: Take a decisive approach to finalise sales and exceed targets.
- Innovative Approach: Bring fresh ideas; candidates with formal sales training and practical experience are encouraged.
About You:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telephone sales, with a proven track record.
- Strong communicator with a natural talent for building relationships.
- Empathetic, curious, and attentive to client needs.
- Confident in both phone and video sales, with a focus on closing deals.
- Commercially savvy, resilient, and goal-driven without being overly aggressive.
- Tech-savvy, with CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
