We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Coordinator for a well-established manufacturer and supplier in Coulsdon.
The role offers a salary between £16,000 and £17,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, providing a flexible schedule.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer and supplier in their field, who are looking for a personable Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join their team in Coulsdon.*Please note this is a part time role*What's on Offer:

Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
£16,000 - £17,000pa (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders and quotes via phone and email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients over the phone.
Handle customer queries regarding quotes and orders, ensuring smooth communication.
Follow up on quotes and hand over any after-sales tasks as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

A friendly, personable character with great communication skills.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently.
Previous experience in a trade background is desirable but not essential.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.
