??Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator

??Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOE

??Location: Kenley

??Hours: 8:00-16:00 / 9:00 - 17:00 including 1 hours paid lunch

??Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support the Reactive Manager with daily administrative tasks related to reactive and planned maintenance, including documentation, compliance checks, material ordering, diary management, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with financial administration, such as placing orders, processing, and verifying information to ensure accuracy.
  • Track and manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring actions and key milestones are met while keeping orders on schedule.
  • Act as the main point of contact for administrative communication with clients, providing key data and updates as required.
  • Liaise professionally with pub managers and engineers, offering support and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare and process invoices with a keen eye for detail.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Input data, process invoices, and manage ordering through Sage and Microsoft Office.
  • Operate client portals and in-house software effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to managers as needed, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar environment, such as maintenance, construction, facilities management, or related industries. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage, and general office software, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
