We are a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Croydon, seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is integral to our mission of providing a supportive and enriching environment for academic and personal growth.

Day to day of the role:

  • Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and maintaining a conducive learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with students to help them gain confidence and achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the holistic development of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
