A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of the UK's successful gold value-added resellers of industry software, IT hardware, infrastructure, consultancy, and data service solutions is looking for an accomplished Architecture, Engineering and Construction AEC Application Engineer, to move them forward.  They offer a range of training options including structured courses at our four training centres, onsite training, bespoke courses, and mentoring days. Due to continued expansion they my client are now looking for a 4D Planner / Visualizer.

As an 4D Planner / visualizer you must be passionate about BIM and Digital Construction. The 4D Visualizer creates, develops, and maintains the 4D model throughout key milestones of a project, ranging from the pre-construction stage right the way through to handover and delivery. Your role as a 4D Visualisation Specialist will primarily involve working and liaising with a variety of customers throughout the lifecycle of a Construction project.

Responsibility & Duties

• Develop and maintain 4D construction models using Synchro 4D.
• Integrate project program information with design models using Synchro 4D to create time based simulations.
• Conducting 'what if' scenarios using Synchro 4D
• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings of construction
• Modelling 3D geometry, phased logistics and temporary works to a brief using 3DSMax
• Create animated walkthroughs and flyovers of construction projects to demonstrate how the final product will look and function
• Work closely with clients to ensure that the 4D Model & 3D visualizations accurately
• Produce visual materials that effectively communicate design concepts, project plans.

Experience & Background

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience working in a Synchro & 3Ds Max visualisation role in construction industry
• Experience in Synchro, 3Dsmax essential, Navisworks, Solibri, Revit desirable
• Utilize Adobe After Effects for post-production work, including compositing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• BIM Coordination, CAD Technician, 3D artist, visualisation within the construction industry background ideal
• You will ideally come from a architectural, construction or engineering or 3D/4D CAD background
