• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
• Work closely with clients across various sectors, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
• Supervise and support junior auditors, reviewing their work and providing coaching and mentorship
• Prepare and review financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
• Identify audit risks and provide recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality audit services
• Assist in business development by identifying additional client service opportunities

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist) with experience in audit
• Experience leading external audits within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
• Excellent client relationship management skills with a commercial mindset
• Experience in mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
