Your new companyThis large and complex business is recruiting a Financial Controller to lead a team.
Your new roleSupporting the CFO, this role will be responsible for the statutory reporting, internal financial reporting and financial control. Leading a team of part-qualified accountants, a key part of your role will be mentoring and developing these people through the organisation and their qualifications.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant, either in a similar role in industry or looking for a first move from practice at a Manager/Senior Manager grade. The ideal candidate will have strong academics and experience of a large and complex business.
