Our client is a privately owned SME business operating within the Manufacturing / Engineering Industry.
As part of the companies continued expansion within both UK and US Markets.
Working closely with the Managing Director / Board, this position is the No 1 in finance and will manage and own the Group's finances, this will include treasury, audit, corporation tax, VAT, legal and HR matters.
The successful candidate will form part of the Management Team and it is essential that yu have proven experience of working within a similar level role within a growing SME.
Responsibilities include:
- Group reporting of monthly management information to the Board
- Production of monthly management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flows, budgets and variance analysis while coordinating the preparation of statutory accounts and audits
- Managing the annual budgeting process and development of the five year strategic plan
- Working capital management
- Managing and coaching a small finance team
- Develop costing and pricing models
- Responsible for the Group's finance operations in UK and US;
- Mergers and acquisition.
Qualifications - The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with at least 2 years PQE and a proven history of operating in a finance leadership position.
