The role is based at an impressive office whichis commutable from all areas of Coventry / Warwickshire, Leicester / Leicestershire, Rugby, Leamington Spa, and Solihull.
Reporting to the Financial Director, This exciting Financial Controllers role will take the responsibilityfor the firm's management and financial accounting activitiesand managing a small team. Tasks will include monthly management accounts and accompanyingcommentary, VAT returns, Statutoryaccounts and year end, budgets / forecasting and managing the businesses cashflow.
The role is everything that you would expect of a hand on Financial Controller role.
The role will include considerablecontact with the operationsteam, engaging with them to improve financial performance of their business areas.
The role reports into a pragmatic and experienced Finance Director who is looking to hire someone who has the ability to be able developthe information that is distributed to the wider business. They have a hands off management style.
The business has seen sustained growth over the last 5 years and has a strong and healthy orderbook of incoming business. It's a really exciting time to be joining the business. The business has a modern approach to its employees and offers hybrid working.
They are keen to hire a candidate who is qualified in either CIMA or ACCA. Your experience will ideally come from either a manufacturing, fmcg or service based business and it's likelythat you will be in either a Finance Manager or Financial Controller type role.
The role offers a salary range of between £55,000 and £65,000 plus benefits.
