Role Overview:Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving business performance. This role is ideal for a commercially minded accountant looking to develop within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

• Work closely with operational teams to drive cost efficiencies and profitability.

• Assist with variance analysis and reporting on financial performance.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

• Support the Finance Manager with balance sheet reconciliations and financial modelling.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist.

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience in management accounting.

• Experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
