Join a leading Coventry-based business as a Management Accountant on a 12-month FTC. This is a key role within a dynamic finance team, contributing to internal and external financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making. We are looking for candidates who are either immediately available or available within 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly reporting cycle and liaise with stakeholders.
- Produce accurate financial performance reports for senior leadership.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Investigate anomalies and communicate findings to senior managers.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and advice.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant - ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial & commercial acumen, with post-qualification experience in financial management.
- Ability to build productive relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
