My client is seeking a talented and motivated Semi-Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. If you are a
qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 5 years of experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary communicator with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Review payrolls and pensions prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy.
* Potentially review VAT returns and Year-End financial's in the near future.
* Assist clients with technical inquiries and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
* Distribute workload among the team to meet deadlines.
* Provide technical support to the team, helping them meet their deadlines.
* Monitor team performance to ensure successful output.
* Conduct self-assessments as assigned.
* On-board new clients effectively.
* Support both the team and management as needed.
Requirements:
* 5 years of job experience in accounting.
* Part or Full Qualified accountant (Preferred).
* Experience leading a small team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
