Senior Tax Advisor required to join an expanding Tax team for a fast-growing accountancy practice based in the West Midlands. The successful Tax Senior will be able to work efficiently on self-assessments and be able to confidently contact both clients and HMRC.

The Senior Tax Advisor applicant must have at least 4 years' experience within a practice, preparing self-assessment tax returns. The role of the Senior Tax Advisor is to manage their own portfolio, as well as provide assistance to the Tax Director as and when required.
Senior Tax Advisor Overview
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Liaise with clients/HMRC by post, email and phone
- Carry out and deal with IHT, CGT & EMI for a number of clients
- Be responsible for billing clients
- Assist the tax director as required
- Manage work load and be efficient in time keeping
Senior Tax Advisor Requirements
- CTA
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- 4 years' experience working in an accountancy practice.
- 4 years of experience preparing self-assessment income tax returns and correspondence
- Good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook and tax software packages
Senior Tax Advisor Position Remuneration
- Salary up to £80,000 pa dependant on experience and qualifications
