You will ultimately take full responsibility for the Private Client team in the Tax department, leading on the firms advisory projects and taking a key role in business development across the region.

A diverse range of advisory work such as M&A, family wealth planning and management incentive schemes to ongoing support such as corporate tax compliance and reporting, remuneration planning for business owners and trust returns.

Description

  • Supporting on M&A transactions and due diligence.
  • Complex group reorganisations
  • Advising on management incentives such as growth shares and EMI.
  • Family wealth advice including protecting family wealth for future generations and trust and estate planning.
  • Associated project management such as billing, communications and risk management.
  • Supporting more junior members of the team through their work and development.

Profile

  • Prior experience working at Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director level
  • CTA qualified with extensive Tax Advisory experience in the UK
  • Existing professional network across the West Midlands
