Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with a well-established Accountancy Practice in Coventry who are seeking a Tax Senior / Tax Manager to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. Tax Senior / Tax Manager Job Overview- Assisting with M&A transactions and due diligence.
- Managing complex group reorganisations.
- Providing advice on management incentives, including growth shares and EMI schemes.
- Offering family wealth planning services, such as protecting assets for future generations and advising on trusts and estate planning.
- Reviewing corporate tax returns and providing guidance on tax payments.
- Collaborating with lawyers and other professional advisors.
- Overseeing project management tasks, including billing, communications, and risk management.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Exam-qualified or part qualified.
- Strong technical skills and a desire to learn.
- Ability to manage a project and key stakeholders involved.
- A business understanding of an accounting practice.
- Review work of more junior team members and feedback where appropriate.
- Competitive salary, industry standard for this role would typically start at 40k+ for a Senior and 55k+ for a Manager
