Job Purpose
  • Support a varied tax portfolio of corporate clients, supporting on M&A transactions and due diligence
  • Oversee complex group re-organisations, championing quality service at every step
  • Review financial documents, including tax returns and computations, to ensure the highest level of accuracy
  • Preparation of corporate tax returns, advising clients on tax payments to minimise liabilities
  • Provide helpful advice on management incentives, such as growth shares and EMI
  • Ensure HMRC compliance with relevant statutory requirements
  • Research regularly to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Nurture meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Work closely with senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
  • Mentor and guide junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing
  • Champion your own professional development by undertaking progression opportunities where possible

  • Recent advisory and compliance experience within UK practice

  • Strong technical skills
