Reed Accountancy is pleased to support our Coventry-based client in recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their successful head office team.
Reporting to the department team leader and working alongside a dedicated team, the main duties include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Statement Reconciliations
- General Accounts Administration
- Resolution of Invoice Queries
This position is ideal for candidates with excellent attention to detail, experience with data entry in Excel, and knowledge of debits and credits.
This is a temporary role, ongoing for approximately three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter. The position offers free parking and is accessible via a local bus route.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a choice of either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. This role is 100% office-based.
