Your new roleThis role is an Accounts Assistant role that is varied in its duties, looking after a portfolio of clients with various properties, looking after both the Purchase ledger and Sales ledger, collecting rent, processing payments, raising PO's and dealing with queries.
What you'll need to succeedYou will need previous experience within an accounts role in a property company, also having previous experience in both Sales ledger and Purchase ledger is required with a keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve being key traits to have. Having previous experience within the property industry would be even better, but is not required.
