Accounts Assistant Part-time
The successful candidate will report directly to the company director, gaining valuable insights and experience in a supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting bank reconciliations and handling daily banking activities.
- Managing sales and purchase ledgers.
- Overseeing credit control
- Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ideally ERP or OFL Profit4 systems (training can be provided if necessary).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
