I am recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a temporary 4 months role based in Coventry. This role offers hybrid working 1 day a week from home, 4 days in the office. Duties include:
- To reconcile LIC (Latest Indicated Cost) to claims report & Bank account.
- Investigate PO variations and identify relevant actions.
- Liaise with Budget holders to identify discrepancies and determine corrective action.
- Reconcile and validate cost trf from BAU including quarterly VAT recovery.
- Support cashflow forecast and claims forecast.
- Support monthly payment run.
