- Prepare client valuations and maintain accurate records in the Intelligent Office system
- Process new business applications, client withdrawals, and Bed & ISA transfers
- Produce suitability reports for ISA withdrawals
- Complete fund switches on client portfolios
- Assist with annual portfolio rebalancing
- Manage client queries including death claims
- Train and mentor less experienced team members
- Maintain compliance with FCA rules and company procedures
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar Administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
- A self-motivated approach and team-oriented mindset
- Desire for professional growth within our company
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office, Papercloud, and Sharepoint
- Experience with Wrap platforms (Transact, abrdn, Aviva, Quilter)
- Familiarity with Dynamic Planner and FE Analytics
- Detailed understanding of FCA rules and requirements
