Job role: AdministratorSalary: £24,000- 28,000 per annumLocation: Meriden, WarwickshireWe're seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join a established financial planning team. In this pivotal role, you'll provide comprehensive back-office support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring exceptional client service delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client valuations and maintain accurate records in the Intelligent Office system
  • Process new business applications, client withdrawals, and Bed & ISA transfers
  • Produce suitability reports for ISA withdrawals
  • Complete fund switches on client portfolios
  • Assist with annual portfolio rebalancing
  • Manage client queries including death claims
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members
  • Maintain compliance with FCA rules and company procedures
The Ideal Candidate You'll bring:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar Administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • A self-motivated approach and team-oriented mindset
  • Desire for professional growth within our company
Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office, Papercloud, and Sharepoint
  • Experience with Wrap platforms (Transact, abrdn, Aviva, Quilter)
  • Familiarity with Dynamic Planner and FE Analytics
  • Detailed understanding of FCA rules and requirements
