We are recruiting for the role of Case Administrator- Business Services covering the Coventry area.
Whilst this role is part of a team based from our office in Coventry, your proximity to the office doesn’t always have to be a critical consideration. As a Business Services Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient management and progression of cases, providing administrative support to the local Family Court Advisers and Service Managers.
Should you join us your tasks will include:
- Monitoring case progression. Â
- Create / update / close cases within our case management system.
- Sending letters and information packs to service users.
- Identify any missing information and follow-up as required.
- Receive and deal with telephone enquiries, including service users

We’re looking for. - A relevant qualification in business administration (e.g. NVQ2), a willingness to work towards to a qualification and/or significant experience in a similar role.
- Confident and capable of using MS Office applications to a basic / intermediate level.
- Clear, confident communicator via email, phone and in person.
- Someone who thrives working in a team.
- Able to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment with strict deadlines
