Business Support Administrator Required!
GRG are pleased to be partnering with a business based in Coventry, who are seeking an Business Support Administrator to join their growing team!
In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating member meetings, managing member communication distribution, and acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries. You will also deliver membership-related advice and administrative support to members, applicants and customers.
This role is based in office, full-time and paying up to £24,000.
Responsibilities Included:
- Act as point of contact for all enquiries- Deliver membership-related advice and administrative support to members, applicants and customers- Maintain and keep accurate records of members on the CRM system- Coordinate member meetingsSkills and Attributes:
- Strong Administrative experience - Experienced in CRM system (or similar), and Microsoft Office skills- Organising events, reception/front of house experience- Membership experience (advantageous)- Proactive, Attention to Detail and forward thinking
