This business has been providing tailored, top-tier wealth management services for nearly 60 years!The role involves carrying out a variety of key tasks within the fast-paced Wealth Management Administration team.Responsibilities
  • Offering support to the administration team as needed
  • Answering phone calls, greeting clients visiting the office for meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining and updating the diary system for financial planners
  • Communicating with clients as necessary to ensure exceptional service
  • Updating client information on the back-office system
  • Preparing client review packs and documentation, and managing post-meeting follow-up actions
