Office based 5 Days per week in Coventry - 9am til 5pm (1/2 hour lunch)

The Company recruiting for the Office Administrator:
This well-respected local accountancy practice with a wide variety of clients are looking for a systems accountant / office administrator. Their high levels of service has earnt them a loyal customer base and are now in a position of growth and looking for their next hire to strengthen their team further.

The Role of the Office Administrator:
As the office administrator you will have an active role in the smooth running of the accountancy office. You will be responsible for general office administration including:

  • Reception duties
  • Answering the phones
  • General customer service
  • Database management
  • Scanning documents
  • Supporting the accountants


The Candidate for the Office Administrator:
This role would suit a responsible and hard-working previous office administrator. You'll be organised, personable and proficient in IT applications such as word, excel etc

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Knowledge of basic Office 365 applications
  • Comfortable answering the phone to inbound calls

26,000 to 30,000
