Our client, a reputable and exciting automotive design organisation based in Allesley of Coventry are seeking a temporary Administrator to support the team whilst recruiting for this position:
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Answering Reception Telephone - taking messages where appropriate, transferring calls, call screening
Hospitality - Meet and greet clients and visitors, making refreshments, organising catering and escort to meeting rooms
Collect post, sign for deliveries and distribute throughout business
Send parcels at Post Office
Processing delivery notes
Time Sheet Collection and chasing missing time sheets
Data entry
Processing authorised Purchase requisitions PRs to Purchase Orders POs
Filing of documents physically and digitally
General Administration: scanning, laminating, filing, photocopying etc.
Support all Admin/Finance Staff as and when required on key projects
The successful candidate will be:
Confident, friendly and approachable
Able to use own initiative and look to help others in the business
Organised and able to prioritise tasks
Positive attitude
Team player but also able to work autonomously when needed
Have good knowledge of Excel and Sage is desirable
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, generous holidays, free parking and opportunity to progress to a permanent position.
