  • Job Summary

• To work as a specialist physiotherapist within the Community Integrated Neuro and Stroke Service as a member of an interdisciplinary team• The post holder will provide a comprehensive range of evidence-based assessments and treatments to adults in Coventry with a neurological disorder in patients own home, in clinic, or other community settings.• To follow defined stroke and neurological care pathways and other relevant rehabilitation pathways as required.• To liaise closely with members of the team and other community services to support patient’s effective rehabilitation.
