I'm working with a growing, full-service digital agency based in Coventry that's looking to hire a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional with at least two years of experience to take the next step in a varied, client-facing role with plenty of scope for growth.

About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for several clients, managing the strategy, execution, and reporting of multi-channel campaigns. You'll be supported by a talented internal team of designers, developers, and content specialists, working together to deliver excellent results across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social.

The agency is looking for someone confident, organised, and passionate about digital, who enjoys building strong client relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts

  • Planning and overseeing the delivery of digital campaigns across various channels

  • Monitoring performance, producing reports, and using insights to drive continuous improvement

  • Leading regular client meetings and strategy sessions

  • Working closely with in-house teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

  • Staying current with trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape

What They're Looking For
  • At least 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within an agency

  • A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and analytics tools

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities
