True are collaborating with a principal contractor that designs, builds, and installs sustainable heating solutions for commercial sites across the UK, focusing on sustainable plant rooms, heat pumps, and district heating. Established in 2010, this family-run business partners with local authorities, developers, and asset managers to transition to sustainable energy methods.
They specialise in upgrading ageing buildings and implementing innovative solutions for new developments, utilising heat pumps, energy centres, plant rooms, and district heating systems for commercial schools and hospitals nationwide.
They're looking for a CAD Engineer produce finalised drawings through CAD, supporting the detailed design team and developing AutoCAD design schematics and layout drawings.
The ideal CAD Engineer will have a minimum of 2 / 3years of experience with AutoCAD, working in building services or with a background alreadyworking for a Mechanical Consultant / Contractor designing Heating & Mechanical systems in the Commercial and Residential sector. Candidates with less experience will be considered, especially if skilled in other relevant areas.
