Salary: up to umbrella 25.96 per hour (depending on experience)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Whitley who are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Compliance Specialist your main responsibilities are:
- You will work with an existing team of 5 members, reporting into the Process Delivery Manager.
- The role covers Data Subject Access Requests and all related legal requests.
- This is a high priority, as we are legally bound to respond
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Previous experience of Compliance specifically DSARs and Informal Requests in a supporting role
- Good Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced HR Direct environment
- A good communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Experience of using Microsoft e-discovery or other search equivalent digital tools (preferred)
- Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc (preferred)
- Experience of Process Development (preferred)
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience (preferred)
