We are growing as an organisation and recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join our Operations Team. What will you be doing?
Driving root cause analysis and ensuring the timely closure of corrective actions.
Managing the calibration schedule for measurement and test equipment, ensuring all tools and gauges are within calibration.
Developing and delivering training programs for Quality Inspectors, ensuring they are fully trained on inspection methods, tools and procedures.
Maintaining data integrity in the ERP system by ensuring that all relevant quality information is entered and updated in a timely manner.
Preparing for audits by reviewing records, reports and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Leading initiatives for continuous process improvement across the site, identifying areas for enhancing efficiency, product quality and waste reduction.
Prepare for and support external audits for AS9100 (Aerospace Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
Ideally, youll have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field. A strong understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Along with experience with 8D problem-solving.
