Quality Engineer

What You Will Do:

• Lead the management and development of the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 business system, ensuring peak operational efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits, spearhead Continuous Improvement projects, and drive waste reduction to enhance delivery to customers.
• Manage non-conformances, collaborating with departments or suppliers on corrective actions, and review actions for quality assurance.
• Champion the improvement of Quality KPIs through detailed analysis, identifying key areas for business focus.
• Support the Product Development team to ensure Quality by Design in all products, maintaining high manufacturing standards.
• Provide essential training, documentation, and Quality Controls to support manufacturing processes.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within ISO9001 and ISO14001 environments.
• Proven track record of leading Continuous Improvement projects and applying Lean techniques effectively.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and project management skills, with a keen analytical mind.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organisation.
