Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage quality systems and processes.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 Rev D.
- Lead the improvement of business processes and core documentation (FMEAs, Control Plans, etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement using techniques like Six Sigma and Poka-Yoke.
- Act as a liaison with customers and internal stakeholders to meet quality milestones.
- Support metrology and quality-related activities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in quality systems management, maintaining ISO 9001/IATF 16949/AS9100 Rev D.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and analyse processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
