Pre Construction Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Pre Construction Manager with significant experience in the watewater treatment industry to work 2 days per week on a consultancy basis for our client who are a major UK water company based in the Midlands.

The team that this role will be working in was created to develop single options in to detail design ready for Construction, allowing them to drive efficiences, save on preliminaries and de-risk construction stage, typically for low risk projects.

There is now a requirement for a Pre Construction Manager to assist with buildability, costing and efficiencies review prior and during design stage. This typically involves attending site visits and engaging with internal stakeholders and consultants to drive a design that is cheaper and faster to deliver. This person should be able to visit sites, quickly work out the process and apply standards and best practice in to design solutions.

Ideally you will come from an ex tier -1 supplier and have significant experience in the Water industry.

The role will be based out of Finham but may involve some site visits in the catchment area.
