I am searching for a determined Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise to join an award-winning firm in Coventry. The team works on projects across the education, residential, commercial and leisure sectors, delivering innovative and sustainable designs. As a multi-disciplinary practice, they provide services through all RIBA stages and have a variety of exciting projects in the pipeline.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have extensive experience in UK-based practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical designs. You should have strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and be confident leading projects through technical design and construction phases. Proficiency in BIM software is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Significant experience in a UK-based practice
- CIAT accredited
- Relevant degree or an HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Strong technical expertise with a focus on construction detailing and delivery
- Proven experience working on education and leisure projects
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior members of staff
- Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit and Lumion is essential
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
