Remuneration:£27,000 - £31,000 basic (including car allowance), plus financial guarantees for 5 months of up to £700, bonus, and commission. OTE £55,000 - £75,000.
Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a well-known and successful estate agency in Coventry. This role offers exceptional earning potential, with high-earnings and strong lead generation. Working with mortgages up to £1m and an average property value of £250k, this is an exciting position for ambitious professionals seeking to grow their careers.
Main Duties
- Work as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker within the busy Coventry branch of a leading estate agency.
- Handle fresh leads daily from an incentivized and proactive introducer team, with 8-12 new mortgage leads referred weekly.
- Access an established database of loyal clients for remortgage opportunities and long-term client relationship building.
- Attend regular team meetings with introducers to maximize lead conversion and maintain a strong referral pipeline.
- Provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice for clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Write a minimum of 3 mortgages per week, leveraging excellent earning potential and a supportive administrative structure.

Key Skills and Requirements
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
- Proven success in mortgage and protection sales within a tied, independent, or banking environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in proactively engaging with existing clients and generating new business opportunities.
- A full UK driving license, clean compliance record, and no criminal convictions.
- Knowledge of the Coventry property market is advantageous.
