FRS are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a fantastic business based in Coventry! The role will have aspects of working with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable alongside supporting the wider finance team with adhoc requirements.

Duties Will Include
- Managing credit requests, credit scoring, and account creation in accordance with company policies
- Processing and accurately allocating customer payments to the ledger
- Processing and allocation of voucher
- Monitoring and reviewing credit limits to minimize financial risk
- Chasing outstanding debts and ensuring prompt payment collection
- Maintaining the sales ledger to ensure accounts are accurate and kept within company credit terms
- Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales ledger or credit control role
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
