FRS are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a fantastic business based in Coventry! The role will have aspects of working with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable alongside supporting the wider finance team with adhoc requirements.

Duties Will Include

  • Managing credit requests, credit scoring, and account creation in accordance with company policies
  • Processing and accurately allocating customer payments to the ledger
  • Processing and allocation of voucher
  • Monitoring and reviewing credit limits to minimize financial risk
  • Chasing outstanding debts and ensuring prompt payment collection
  • Maintaining the sales ledger to ensure accounts are accurate and kept within company credit terms
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
  • Supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger or credit control role
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
