FRS are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk for a market leading business who's UK Head Office is based in Coventry. The role pays a salary of £27.000 + hybrid working & is based initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Working as part of a 10 person AP team, you will report into the Accounts Payable Manager covering the duties noted below & assisting with the month end processes. Suitable candidates will be experienced Accounts Payable professionals with 3-4 year's experience as a minimum.

Duties Will Include

  • Inputting supplier details on relevant systems and maintain accurate records
  • Entering invoices and match to purchase orders onto the system
  • To deal with enquiries from external suppliers and other internal departments
  • Prompt and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • To provide full support to the finance team
  • Reconciliations of Accounts
  • Clearing queries

Suitable candidates will have / be

  • Experienced in raising processing invoices and payments
  • Focussed on delivering objectives and deadline driven
  • Ability to organise and manage workload
  • Professional attitude and an approachable and helpful personality
