Senior Key Account Manager – The Role:
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention, account development, and service excellence
- Maximise opportunities within the commercial framework while enhancing customer experience
- Collaborate on strategies to lead in customer experience and mentor account managers to improve service delivery
- Engage with customers to ensure supply chain efficiency and identify value-driven opportunities
- Provide insights to keep marketing strategies agile and relevant
- Monitor accounts for accuracy, compliance, and contract performance
- Deliver business reviews and KPI reports to manage data and track activities
- Identify and convert new business leads, ensuring pricing and ROA targets are met
Senior Key Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance reports to ensure smooth operations for high-revenue accounts
- Maintain consistent contact reporting and implement improvement plans for key customers
- Build strong relationships through visits and CRM to secure contract renewals
- Manage agreements to maximise revenue and meet contractual obligations
- Propose cost-saving collaborations with environmental benefits
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic growth plans
- Develop KPIs to streamline operations and improve customer engagement
- Support Account Managers and resolve non-conformance issues to uphold standards
Senior Key Account Manager – You:
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics or FMCG, with strong supply chain knowledge and pooling expertise
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Advanced skills in Excel, CRM systems, Microsoft Suite; ERP and Power BI knowledge desirable
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational abilities, able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving to deliver timely, appropriate solutions
- Commercially aware with an understanding of market trends and their impact on performance
