Great opportunity to work as a Machine Operator for our client's manufacturing facility in Coventry.

Join a 24-hour manufacturing operation producing medical-grade fibre, fabric rolls, and X-ray-detectable threads. Work as part of a small shift team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met in chemical and mechanical production processes.

The rate of pay is £11.99 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Time and a half £17.98 per hour
- Double £23.98 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 6.30am to 2.30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Machine Operator, your duties include:

- Reporting to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
- Operating machinery such as drying plants, spinning lines, wrapping, winding, and cutting equipment.
- Performing quality checks, process sampling, and follow SOPs.
- Maintaining safety, conduct cleaning, and assist with audits.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and complying with HS&E standards.

- Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and reliable, with plant or cleanroom experience preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles is a plus.
- Attention to detail

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
