A leading retailer is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a major Warehouse Management System (WMS) replacement programme with a heavy focus on the food transportation/logistics element of the project.
- Location: Coventry (base)
- On site: Hybrid (Travel around Midlands)
- Rate: Circa £500
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery phases including AS IS and TO BE process mapping
- Facilitate and run engaging workshops with key stakeholders
- Define, document, and manage business requirements through to final sign-off
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and wider project teams
- Ensure smooth stakeholder engagement across multiple sites
- Needs to have Food Transportation experience and WMS systems experience too
What We're Looking For
- ? Proven experience in WMS systems
- ? Strong background in food transportation or fast-moving supply chains within retail
- ? Solid process mapping and business requirement gathering skills
- ? Confident workshop facilitator and effective communicator
- ? Willingness to travel to depots across the Midlands
