Stonewater is seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about analysing business problems, solving issues, and effectively communicating your findings, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst at Stonewater, you will:

  • Investigate operational needs and perform gap analysis.
  • Apply lean and systems thinking for process improvements.
  • Contribute to business transformation solution design.
  • Create Business Cases and outline project proposals aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Support and lead Agile team activities, including Stand Ups, Agile Boards, and blocker identification.
  • Manage and enhance customer relationships and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adhere to change management protocols and processes.
  • Prioritise, specify, and model requirements using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Maintain the Prioritised Requirements List as the solution evolves.

About You

You're a natural self-starter who thrives on working with data and challenging the status quo. You have a knack for continuous improvement and can easily adapt to changing environments.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in analytical techniques to evaluate business practices.
  • Experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle, from inception to implementation and training.
  • Expertise in applying business improvement techniques for project delivery.
  • Confidence in working with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
  • Competence in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to produce a wide range of Business Analysis products, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Experience in environments undergoing significant business change.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and make sound decisions.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with DevOps.
  • Familiarity with the MIS Active Housing System.
  • Background in the housing sector.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
