Job Title: Transformation Project and Change Manager

Rate: £500-£550 per dayLocation: Coventry

Contract: 3 months (with possible extension)

Start date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition and implementation of projects and continuous improvements activities.
  • Deliver business change and be accountable for project planning and reporting activities.
  • Build strong links with business teams, ensuring best practice is developed, shared, implemented and recorded.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of assigned project and work-streams through the appropriate project.

About You:We are looking for a strong senior Project Manager with the following attributes:

  • Be directly responsible for the delivery of assigned projects and work-streams through the pre-defined project life cycle in line with delivery management office standard.
  • Actively engage with the project sponsor and manage other stakeholders across the business during the course of a project.
  • Advise on Project Boards, own and resolve issues and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
  • Ensure that project change benefits are correctly identified and monitored, and a framework is in place to drive and deliver sustainable change.
  • Assimilate information relevant to the change activity, analyse and then apply it to the project delivery as appropriate.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of leading business change projects utilising knowledge of the project life cycle including the concept of change and risk management, with proven track record of delivering sustainable change and associated benefits.
  • Experience within Utilities or Infrastructure beneficial
  • Engaging and diverse written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Significant experience in creating outstanding stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with coaching, training and giving feedback at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Driving licence and/or the ability to get various sites (limited travel)
  • Recognised qualification in Business Change or Project Management, or relevant experience.
  •  IT literacy
