I am currently working with a national leading provider of learning disabilities and mental health residential and supported living services and they have a fantastic opportunity to join their award-winning team as a TEAM LEADER.

Within your new role as a TEAM LEADER, you will be responsible for site management, leading the team from the front and supervising. Rota management and supervisions, 121s and leading the service in the managers absence, reporting in the management meetings, writing support and risk assessments, liaising with other professionals and families of those that live within the service.

To be successful within this role you must have team leading or management experience, you must have experience working with those with complex care needs or learning disabilities, excellent written and communication skills and excellent organisational skills.

For your hard work and experience you will be paid a salary of up to £29,698.50, have an excellent employee package that includes health, life and pension plan and insurance.
