Sonic Summary

Salary: £23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k
Experience required: 12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years preferred
Role summary: Making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money
Key responsibilities:
- Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler
- Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs
- Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day
- Ensure compliance expectations are met
Required skills and experience:
- 12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years preferred
- Quiet place to work at home
- Comfortable with remote working
- Desire to exceed targets while following processes and regulations

Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred however we could also consider candidates from a Call Centre or Retails Sales background.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
