Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, 8am 5pm
Contract: Temp to perm
Were working with a well-established company in the vehicle solutions sector, providing de-fleet and handover services for vehicle manufacturers, leasing companies, and motor organisations. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:
Review vehicle inspections and internal communications to identify required parts
Manage multi-account requirements and support during busy periods
Track parts delivery schedules and provide regular updates
Manage back-ordered parts and liaise with suppliers for alternatives
Assist with projects, system improvements, and mentoring
Use technical vehicle knowledge to accurately identify parts and repairs

Strong parts knowledge, ideally across multiple contracts
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, flexible approach and strong problem-solving skills
Experience supporting system improvements and mentoring
