- Support and coordinate the full lifecycle of early careers programmes, including internships, apprenticeships, and work experience—ensuring a smooth onboarding and development experience for circa 90+ individuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Corporate Comms, Business Resource Groups) and external partners (schools, universities, training providers) to attract and support diverse early talent.
- Plan and attend outreach events, job fairs, and training sessions to promote the employer brand and build awareness of early career opportunities.
- Maximise the use of the Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring compliance with UK DAS requirements and supporting training for both new entrants and current employees.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, monitor performance and feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic alignment with business goals.

- Experience in recruitment, talent development or HR coordination
- Familiarity with early career programmes and university engagement
- Knowledge of the UK Apprenticeship Levy and the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
- Understanding of apprentice development best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
