PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful, busy manufacturing organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a Part Time Senior HR Advisor(4 days) for a 9 month interim role - possible scope for permanent/extension in future.

Occasional travel to other sites will be required business needs dependent.

This role can offer hybrid working following training (Circa 3 days office and 1 day home)

Description

Working closely alongside a team of HRBPs, reporting to a Senior HRBP, the role of Part Time Senior HR Advisor is a busy and generalist position however, there will be a focus on employee relations casework.

Duties will cover but not limited to:

  • Manage a wide range of employee relations issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR issues and propose solutions.
  • Guide and advice stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role

You will be confident at dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters.

Occasional travel required - business needs dependent.
