Day-to-day of the role:

  • Source & Attract: Headhunt IT & SecOps talent using social media, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Take briefs, challenge where necessary, and shape effective marketing plans to attract the right candidates.
  • Deliver Top-Notch Candidate Care: Manage the candidate journey by providing clear, timely feedback and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support Talent Projects: Collaborate with colleagues on employer branding and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Advise & Guide: Coach managers on recruitment best practices, helping them to understand and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within IT, SecOps, or technical recruitment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage large-scale recruitment campaigns and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Strong communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • IT background or a solid understanding of tech roles is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and applicant tracking/recruitment systems, with a knack for documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
